Random Acts of Kindness Day – Full Refund Prize Draw Official Terms & Conditions (UK)

1. Promoter

This promotion is operated by Nuzest EU Limited, registered in England under company number 06931262, whose registered office is at 30 Old Bailey, UK, EC4M 7AU (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Excludes residents of the USA and European Union member states.
2.3 Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible.
2.4 Internet access and a valid purchase are required.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:00am (GMT/BST, as applicable) on 17 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (GMT/BST) on 17 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, place an order via the official UK website during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Each completed and paid order constitutes one (1) automatic entry.
4.3 Entries are limited to one per order transaction.

5. Prize

5.1 There will be two (2) winners selected in the UK.
5.2 Each winner will receive a refund of the total value paid for their qualifying order.
5.3 The maximum refund per winning order is £200 GBP.
5.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5.5 No cash alternative or substitution is available.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible UK entries within 7 days of the Promotion closing.
6.2 The draw will be conducted using a random selection process.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Winners will be notified via the email address used at checkout within 7 days of the draw.
7.2 If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Winner Information

In accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (CAP Code), the surname and county of winners can be obtained by sending a request to marketing@nuzest.com within 30 days of the closing date.
Winners may object to disclosure or request reduced disclosure where permitted by law.

9. General

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion where necessary.
9.2 The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures or incomplete transactions.
9.3 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
