What is Kids Good Stuff?

Kids Good Stuff is a daily multinutrient drink made especially for growing kids. It blends plant-based protein, fibre, microbiotics and over 20 essential vitamins and minerals into one simple serve. It is designed to help fill the gaps in your child’s diet and support healthy development, energy, immunity and digestion. And best of all, it tastes great.

Who is it suitable for?

Kids Good Stuff is made for children aged four to fourteen. Whether you have a fussy eater, an energetic sports kid or just want to make sure they are getting what they need, it is made to support everyday nutrition. Lots of parents enjoy it, too.

Add two scoops to 250ml of water or milk. Stir, shake or blend until smooth. It is ideal first thing in the morning, after school or whenever they need a little extra support. You can also mix it into yoghurt, smoothies or baking for added nutrition.

How often should my child take it?

One serve a day is all they need. Like any good habit, the benefits build with regular use. We do not recommend more than one serve per day.

Can it replace a meal?

No. Kids Good Stuff is not a formulated meal replacement. It provides quality protein and key micronutrients but should be part of a balanced diet with a variety of foods.

What flavours does it come in?

There are three naturally delicious flavours. Vanilla Caramel is smooth and creamy. Rich Chocolate has a full cocoa taste. Wild Strawberry is fruity and refreshing. All are designed to be easy to enjoy.

Does it contain sugar, dairy or gluten?

No. Kids Good Stuff contains no gluten, no dairy, no peanuts and no added sugar. Every batch is tested gluten free and peanut free to ensure it is safe for kids with allergies or intolerances.

What makes it different from a multivitamin?

Most multivitamins only offer basic coverage. Kids Good Stuff includes a full spectrum of nutrients plus protein, fibre, microbiotics, plant foods and digestive enzymes. It is designed to be more complete and easier to absorb. And it is something kids will actually want to take.

Is it safe for school lunchboxes?

Yes. It is peanut free and gluten free which makes it safe to use in school snacks or recipes. You can add it to smoothies, bars or baked treats that go into their lunchbox.

Can I use it if my child has allergies?

Yes. Kids Good Stuff is free from common allergens including gluten, dairy, soy and peanuts. If your child has specific sensitivities, we always recommend checking the label or speaking with your healthcare provider.
