Key Lime Pie Overnight Oats
A creamy, zesty, protein-forward breakfast that supports steady energy, fullness, and digestion—no refined sugar.

Ingredients:
Oatmeal Base:
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup Nuzest Vibrant Insides
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- Zest + juice of 2 organic limes
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1.5 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 2/3 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1/3 cup coconut or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup yogurt of choice
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 crushed Digestive biscuit or Graham cracker
Method:
- Mix all base ingredients until smooth. Spoon into a jar. Mix topping separately and layer on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Add biscuit crumble in the morning if using.
