Key Lime Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

Oatmeal Base:
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Nuzest Vibrant Insides
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • Zest + juice of 2 organic limes
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1.5 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 2/3 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut or Greek yogurt
Toppings:
  • 1/4 cup yogurt of choice
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 crushed Digestive biscuit or Graham cracker

Method:

  1. Mix all base ingredients until smooth. Spoon into a jar. Mix topping separately and layer on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Add biscuit crumble in the morning if using.
